Bronco Fix-It, part of Maintenance Services in the WMU Facilities Management Department, is the primary source for serving the building and facility needs at Western Michigan University. Bronco Fix-it quickly communicates your building issues and service requests to the professional staff at Maintenance Services.
The Maintenance Services professionals want to be responsive to the needs of faculty, staff, and students. We understand that adequate lighting, seating, space temperature, noise, and other items are important to a positive education experience at Western Michigan University.
Please go to Bronco Fix-It with any maintenance problem you may have, such as no power, broken locks, lighting problems, damaged walls, floors, or ceilings, leaks, exposed wires, noisy heating units, or extreme temperatures. Problems that pose a safety or security hazard will be addressed the same day.
Our Service Center will prioritize the issues and work with the Maintenance Shops to expedite the repairs. When you provide your email on the form, we will send you email updates when we process your request and when the work is completed.
