Our mission is to enhance the educational, extracurricular, and working atmosphere by providing a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing exterior environment for the Western Michigan University community. All of this is provided with an emphasis on responsible environmental and fiscal stewardship.
Landscape Services is a unit of WMU's Facilities Management Department. We are responsible for the development, care and maintanance of the external, non-utility facilities of the University. The Landscape Services division members are dedicated to providing excellent service to support University events and activities. We believe that the campus grounds should reflect the quality of life, educational, and research missions of the University.
