 Special Projects

Special Projects include but are not limited to:  exterior window washing, pool cleaning, mold remediation, epoxy floors, wood floor re-finishing, and high-dusting.  These tasks require specific knowledge, training and experience.

Although there is no longer a full-time Special Project Crew, Building Custodial and Support Services maintains a crew of eleven trained Project Specialists that perform these services, in case a special need does arise.  Special Project work is contingent upon available funding.
