WMU Projects and Construction provides the university with professional services for:

• Development and management of construction, renovation and remodeling projects, including capital projects
• Oversight of all building or project work done by general contractors
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including state-mandated LEED® sustainability certification
• Ensuring compliance with all WMU standards and practices and with contracted construction specifications
• Computerized engraving, vinyl layout, and cutting at the WMU Sign Shop
