Garneau Hall is one of the residence halls that make up Goldsworth Valley Two, also known as Valley II. The combined Garneau/Harvey building complex is part of the Valley residential neighborhood area, located on Goldsworth Drive between the Valley I and III halls.

From Stadium Drive, travel northwest on Howard Street. Continue on Howard Street through one traffic light, then turn right on Goldsworth Valley Drive at the second traffic light. Take a left on Ring Road North, then another left on Valley 2 Drive. The destination is on the right.
